1. Who we are. This website is operated by Dev Hub Games LLC under the name Dev Hub Systems. 2. Business-to-business only. This website describes engineering services for companies working in regulated gaming. We do not operate gambling, do not run games for players and do not offer any game, wager or gaming device to the public. Nothing here is an invitation to gamble.

3. What this website is. It describes what we build and how we work. Nothing here is an offer, a quote or a commitment to provide services, and nothing on this website creates a contract. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides. If these terms and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.

4. Regulatory information. Pages on this website summarise public regulatory material and cite the sources we used, with the date we checked them. Requirements change, and what applies to a specific system is determined by the relevant regulator and testing laboratory. This is background information, not legal, regulatory or compliance advice, and it must not be relied on in place of your own advisors. We do not hold supplier licences and we do not issue certificates.

5. Using the website. Use it lawfully and don't interfere with it: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the server behind it, no automated collection that degrades the service, and no use of our forms to send unsolicited advertising. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time without notice.

6. Our content. The text, design, diagrams, logos and code on this website belong to us and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link; anything else requires our written permission.

7. What you send us. Send only what you are allowed to share. Do not send confidential material — game mathematics, laboratory correspondence, regulator submissions — before we have an NDA in place. We use what you send to reply, prepare for a call and write a proposal; see our privacy notice. Material sent without an NDA is not treated as confidential.

8. Links to other sites. We link to regulators, standards bodies and other third parties. We don't control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms.

9. No warranty. The website and its content are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the information is complete, error-free or continuously available.

10. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit or lost data arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes about this website go to the courts of Wyoming, unless a signed agreement between us says otherwise for that work.

12. Changes. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
