Who we are. This website is operated by Dev Hub Games Canada, Quebec, Canada, under the name Dev Hub Systems.
What we collect. Only what you send through the briefing form or by email: name, work email, company, role and project details. We use it to reply, to prepare for a call and to write a proposal. Project details you mark as confidential are handled under NDA once one is in place.
Analytics. Privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics that count page views and button clicks without identifying you. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention and your rights. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to discuss and deliver a project, then delete it on request. Under Quebec's privacy law (Law 25) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us.
